yes. our advertised price is an all-in price, as required by Ontario law. the only things added on top are HST and licensing. there is no admin fee, no documentation fee, no dealer prep, no etching, and no surprise add-ons at the desk.

the advertised price is our financed price. when we arrange financing, the lender pays us a commission, and we pass that back to you by pricing the vehicle lower. on a cash purchase or an outside bank draft there is no commission, so the price is 4.65% higher. we tell you the exact number up front, before you fill anything out.

we price every vehicle to the live market using real market data, then post that price publicly instead of holding room back for a negotiation. that means the price you see is already sharp. if you have a reason you think it should be different, tell us and we will look at it with you.

yes. a deposit takes the vehicle off the market while you arrange financing, get your trade appraised, or come in for a test drive.

we finance a lot of customers who have been turned down elsewhere: past bankruptcy or consumer proposal, missed payments, new to Canada, or no credit file at all. approval depends on income, down payment, and the vehicle, not just the score. apply and we will tell you honestly what you qualify for.

a credit application creates a hard inquiry, which can move a score slightly. multiple auto inquiries in a short window are normally treated as one shopping event by the credit bureaus, so applying with us does not stack up the same way as applying at five different places over five months.

we use live wholesale and retail market data for your specific year, trim, mileage, and condition, plus what it will cost us to recondition it. you get the number and the reasoning behind it, not just a number.

Arrow Certified is our reconditioning standard. we publish the actual measured readings for the wear items on the vehicle, such as brakes and tires, against both the Ministry minimum and our own higher Arrow standard, so you can see where this specific vehicle sits instead of reading a generic point-inspection claim.

yes. we publish the actual reconditioning performed on each vehicle, including what was replaced and what it cost. most dealers do not show this. we do.

sometimes, yes. a properly repaired claim is not automatically a bad car, and it is often a better value. what matters is that you know about it. any reported damage is disclosed on the listing and on the bill of sale.

Ontario does not have a cooling-off period on vehicle purchases. once the contract is signed, the sale is final. that is exactly why we encourage a long test drive, an independent inspection, and as many questions as you want before you sign.
