I would give the team at Arrow Motors a 10 star review but the scale only goes to 5. I had been getting my vehicle serviced at Arrow Motors since 2015 but moved to St Thomas in 2023. I was frustrated trying to find a local shop in St Thomas that could repair the recent issues I was having with my vehicle. So I brought it back to Arrow and within 2 minutes they diagnosed the problem. I needed the repair to be done quickly because I was driving to Florida. The vehicle was repaired and performed very well on the trip. I bought my truck new in 2007 and it has 340,000 kilometers on it. As a high mileage vehicle I realize I will have more repairs than a new truck but I love my truck and trust Arrow to maintain it going forward. The team at Arrow, from the owner Matt, Maggie in the service department and the knowledgable technicians are all very curteous and go that extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. I would strongly recommend Arrow to service your vehicle.

2 weeks ago I was in Aylmer visiting family when my vehicle broke down I had left McDonald's and my car lost all of it's power, I managed to park it on the road in front of The Bargain Shop. I had my dog with me and I walked into Arrow Motors and Steve was at the Service Desk. I explained my situation and he immediately found a technician to take a look. After a short investigation Steve came back and told me the bad news, it would take a day to get the parts and fix it. I had an appointment in St Thomas and asked for a loaner. Steve immediately attended to my needs. He got a plate and a vehicle for me to drive and didn't mind that my dog was going to be in it. He kept me updated on every step to fix my vehicle. His service and kindness was much appreciated.. So glad my car chose to die in front of Arrow Motors.
