oil Changes for Life

this program provides a complimentary oil change (Item 1) for the life of the vehicle, subject to the following contractual terms.

a. qualifying for the complimentary oil change

• mandatory compliance: the customer must strictly follow this entire maintenance guide/schedule and have all services completed at Arrow Motors at the specified intervals to qualify for the free oil change.
• required payment: the customer is required to purchase and complete the Interval Maintenance Item (Item 4 through 14) scheduled for that specific visit.
• customer fees: the customer is responsible for paying for Shop Supplies, Environmental Disposal Fees, and Taxes at every oil change visit.

you can opt out any time and you just have to pay for your current oil change.

B. oil type and coverage

• standard coverage: the complimentary oil change covers up to 5L of oil and a filter, using Conventional or Synthetic Blend oil.
• synthetic oil surcharge: if the vehicle requires Full Synthetic Oil, the customer is responsible for paying the cost difference between the covered oil (Synthetic Blend) and the required Full Synthetic oil.
• Arrow Protection Package bonus: purchasers of the Arrow Protection Package will have the full cost of the 5L of Full Synthetic Oil covered by the dealership.

C. declining or missing service

• declining service: if the customer declines the required Interval Maintenance Item (Item 4-14) at the scheduled time, they will not receive the complimentary oil change for that visit.
• missed service: if a customer misses a scheduled interval, whether or not the complimentary oil change is granted at the subsequent service is at Arrow Motors' discretion. typically, if the customer returns and commits to the current full scheduled service, the oil change component may be waived.

the 6-year / 96,000 km maintenance schedule

one column per visit: 6 months (8,000 km), 1 year (16,000 km), and every six months after that to 6 years (96,000 km). a tick means the item is done at that visit.
