terms of use

• a listing is information about a vehicle we have for sale and an invitation to ask about it. it is not a contract. a vehicle is sold only by a written bill of sale signed at the dealership.
• we work to keep every listing accurate, and the details, prices and photographs come from our own records. mistakes still happen. if a listing is wrong we correct it, and the vehicle itself and its paperwork are the record of what is being sold.
• vehicles sell. a listing that says sold, or that has gone, means the vehicle is no longer available even if a search engine or a shared link still shows it.

advertised prices are as stated on each listing and are plus HST and licensing, as each listing says. a price shown as a finance price and a price shown as a cash price are both stated on the page, with the difference explained beside them. a struck-through figure is a previous asking price for the same vehicle.

the payment figures on this site are estimates, calculated from the rate, term, down payment and tax treatment shown beside them. they are not an offer of credit and not a quote. your actual rate, term and payment depend on the lender’s approval and may differ. where you have typed in your own rate, the figure is worked out from your number, not ours.

the reconditioning work and figure published on a vehicle describe work performed on that vehicle, as recorded in our service records at the time of publication. they are not a warranty and not a statement about the vehicle’s future condition. any warranty that applies to a purchase is the one set out in writing at the time of sale.

where a listing states that a vehicle is sold as-is, the statement on that listing is the one that applies, and it is repeated on the bill of sale as Ontario law requires.

CARFAX reports open on CARFAX’s website and are its content. videos are played through YouTube. we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of other websites.

• you may read, print and share pages from this site for your own use in shopping for a vehicle.
• you may not copy the listings, photographs or text for commercial use, republish them, or scrape the site, without our written permission. the photographs, text and design are ours or licensed to us.
• you may not send false enquiries, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

the website is provided as it is. to the extent Ontario law allows, Arrow is not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself, including from an error in a listing that is corrected once known. nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002, or any other law that cannot be excluded.

these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
