Arrow Motors is a NAPA AUTOPRO service department at 188 Talbot St W in Aylmer. we work on all makes and models, not only the vehicles we sell.

oil changes, brakes, tires, suspension, diagnostics, exhaust, air conditioning, electrical and engine work. if it needs doing, it can be done here.

the Peace of Mind warranty

qualifying repairs carry the NAPA Peace of Mind warranty: 36 months or 60,000 kilometres, and it is honoured at NAPA AutoCare centres across North America rather than only at this shop.

that last part is the one that matters. a warranty you can only claim at the shop that did the work is not much use when the fault appears three provinces away.

what is different about having work done here

we are a repair shop attached to a dealership, and the dealership publishes what it spends.

every vehicle we sell has its reconditioning listed on its page: the actual work and the actual figure. front pads and rotors. four tires. a timing belt. not "210-point inspection", which is a number that sounds thorough and tells you nothing about the specific car in front of you.

we do that because it makes us checkable, and a shop that has published what it did to its own stock has less room to be vague about your car.

in practice that means:

  • you are told what was found and what it costs before the work starts, and called if that changes once a job is open.
  • we separate urgent from soon from eventually. a shop where everything is urgent is selling rather than diagnosing.
  • you get shown the old parts, and you are entitled to take them.
  • we tell you when not to spend money, including when the schedule says something is due and your vehicle does not need it yet.

service: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. closed Saturday and Sunday.

we open at eight, an hour before the sales side, so you can leave a vehicle before work.
